ATAM Solutions (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the Oxera app on Android and iOS devices and related web interfaces.
1. Data We May Collect
- Account and organization data: Name, email, phone number, organization ID, role, and branches linked to your account.
- Operational data: Device type, operating system, app version, and technical logs for troubleshooting, performance, and security.
- Location: With your permission, approximate or precise location for stations, tasks, and field visits in maintenance workflows.
- Media and documents: Photos, attachments, and reports uploaded in maintenance requests, job orders, or warehouse flows.
- Transaction data: Request details, quotations, approval states, and operational payment records (we do not store full card numbers in the app unless a separate payment gateway is enabled).
- Notifications: Device registration tokens (e.g. FCM) for account, request, and update notifications.
2. Legal Basis and Purposes
We use data to:
- Operate the App and deliver services contracted with your organization.
- Authenticate users, manage permissions (RBAC), security, and fraud prevention.
- Coordinate internal and external maintenance workflows between stations and service providers.
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
- Improve experience and provide technical support within reasonable limits.
3. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Workflow parties: Authorized users in your organization or partner organizations (maintenance providers, regulators) according to enabled permissions.
- Infrastructure providers: Hosting, databases, cloud storage, and notification services (e.g. Google Firebase), under their contracts and policies.
- Legal authorities: When required by applicable law or to protect our rights and users.
4. Retention and Security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain operational audit records, then delete or anonymize it when no longer necessary. We apply reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and access controls; no system is completely risk-free.
5. Your Rights
Under applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing where permitted. Contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Related web interfaces may use session and authentication technologies as necessary. We do not use third-party advertising cookies within the mobile app.
7. Children
The App is intended for professional use within organizations and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed on servers outside the Kingdom through reputable cloud providers, with appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
